Functional fitness training along with Muay Thai or Thai Kickboxing form the basic tenets through which we at Quest Fitness partner with our clients towards improving their cardiovascular endurance (stamina), agility, muscular strength and endurance. Additionally, Thai Kickboxing is an effective self defense martial art form that involves the use of eight limbs.
