To be honest, i was a little hesitant to join Quest, “Kickboxing & Functional Fitness” sounded a bit too intense for my liking and with little to no interest in any form of athletics before, i was pretty sure i wouldnt be able to keep up. Fortunately for me, i was in for a pleasant surprise, the workouts were so innovative and interesting that I got hooked to it almost instantly. The classes are super fun and the good sleep one gets post a good workout is the best reward! Mohit ensures no 2 days are alike and pushes us to do just a little more everyday. So What have i achieved in the last 6 months? …Am Stronger with greater stamina and have finally gotten over my mind block with anything related to ‘fitness’…Thank you Quest!
